Manifesto

1. SAFETY: We strive to create a SAFE environment that is respectful to all regardless of race, gender, identity, or nationality.   In order to properly lay a solid foundation we must first ensure the safety of members of our community.  We want students to feel supported enough to take big, scary, AUDACIOUS risks in their work. 

2. COMMUNITY: By ourselves we are limited. Together we are UNLIMITED.

3. EXPERIMENTAL: Continual learning. We encourage non-judgmental experimentation. We want you to truly enjoy the process and fall madly in love with the work.

4. CHALLENGING: We don’t believe acting class has to be stuffy and boring but rather fun, funky, and explorative. We believe in the collaborative process. We value student input. We reach new heights through collaboration. Students are encouraged to ask questions and voice their inner truth. We provide honest and critical assessment to help further your career. We challenge all students to dive deeper into themselves, their work, and life.

5. FUN: We are dedicated to the joy of storytelling. We bring acting principles into real world practice. We encourage dancing, singing, and free expression. We seek to peel off the layers of conditioning that shackle our creative genius. 

6. HIGHLIGHT- We showcase the talents of the studio. We create our own work. Work that challenges the status quo. We can be the empowering agent of change to further our career.

8. CRAFT: We honor the voice and text of writers. We honor the brilliant artist that came before us but we seek to add to the narrative in a way that is authentic to our unique epoch. 

9. INDUSTRIOUS: We help connect the dots by building critical industry relationships.

10. To inspire the artist within us ALL and create a climate that promotes artistic FREEDOM.
